Under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to assume important and diversified functions and responsibilities.
  • Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and ensure the execution of various mandates between the different departments;
  • Act as a resource person at the vice-president level. Fulfill requests as needed;
  • Coordinate various executive meetings including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations;
  • Ensure effective and proactive management of the agenda;
  • Structure and effectively maintain a filing system;
  • Ensure the monitoring and prioritization of tasks as well as the quality of the processes in place;
  • Facilitate the execution of the tasks and responsibilities of the Vice-President;
  • Participate in the realization of special projects and perform all other tasks related to the role;
  • Prepare, record and follow up on payments of executive expense accounts;
  • Outline the information transmitted by the various stakeholders and/or managers;
  • Writing of various publications, editorials and speeches.
  • Correspondence: Write letters and various documents;
  • Make the necessary arrangements for travel or travel;
  • Other tasks as required.  
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Bilingual in French and English an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook and MS Office suite;
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset).
