The Role:

The File Clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing files and records within the company. This role ensures that documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable, supporting the overall efficiency of the office.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Ensure accurate filing of documents
  • Assist in the retrieval of files as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support other administrative tasks as required

Team Structure: You will be part of the administrative team, collaborating closely with other clerks and administrative staff.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in filing or administrative support is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with filing systems
