Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant yoga studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a love for yoga and wellness. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the yoga studio, including scheduling classes and coordinating with instructors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote classes, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging with clients and encouraging their participation in studio activities.
  • Monitor class attendance and client feedback to continuously improve services offered.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members, providing guidance on studio policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with instructors to create diverse class offerings that cater to various skill levels and interests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within a fitness or wellness environment is preferred.
  • Strong teaching background in yoga or related disciplines is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
