Studio Operations & Creative Assistant(Seasonal Position with Potential to Grow)

With our busy season approaching, The Raven Heart. A wellness sanctuary devoted to community, movement, and soulful connection. Is looking for a warm, grounded, and organized person to join our studio family.

This is a seasonal part-time role (approximately 6 hours per week) supporting the heart of the studio, tending to the flow of our space, nurturing our community, and bringing thoughtful touches that make everyone feel seen and cared for.

About the Role

You'll help with organization and front desk support, keep simple systems up to date, and assist with community care. From follow-ups and milestones to small creative touches that make the studio feel alive and inspired.

You'll work closely with owner for the first few weeks, learning the rhythms, systems, and heart of the studio. This ensures you feel confident and supported as you step into the role independently, taking ownership of tasks, energy, and community engagement in alignment with the studio's vision.

Responsibilities

• Tend to the front desk during retail hours, greeting customers and potential students in a warm, welcoming way

• Keep the studio space tidy, stocked, and organized

• Assist with administrative tasks, including follow-up emails and scheduling support

• Support seasonal projects or promotions

• Maintain studio systems and checklists to ensure smooth daily operations

• Bring a calm, grounded, and positive presence to the studio, representing The Raven Heart with heart and care

•Tech experience is helpful but not required. We value your energy, drive, and care most of all.

Hours & Details

• Seasonal position: November–March (with potential to continue if it's a great fit)

• Approximately 6 hours per week — primarily Tuesdays in-studio, with some flexible admin time

• Compensation discussed based on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Assistant to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various studio operations, including marketing initiatives, product management, and digital presence. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance our studio's visibility and effectiveness in the market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized for sales.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, social media management, and Facebook advertising initiatives.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Manage content updates on WordPress sites, ensuring all information is accurate and engaging.
• Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials and online content.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial performance.
• Provide support in product management tasks, coordinating between various departments to ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of SEO best practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising strategies and analytics is a plus.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of HTML is beneficial for website updates and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within the team.
