Call Center Sales Representative

Pay:
CA$50,000.00 per year + commission

Job description:

Location: Vaughan

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Representatives to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and booking appointments for our Home Comfort Advisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service, sales or call center environments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

You will play a key role in contacting prospective leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling in-home consultations with our HVAC specialists. This position is critical to supporting the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth handoff from lead generation to field sales.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Five9 (preferred but not required)
  • HVAC or home services industry experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services
  • Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations with HVAC specialists
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance using Salesforce
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Participate in targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote new products and services
