Overview:
Pembina Pipeline is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Conventional and Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit in our Calgary corporate office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit's LVP (Low Vapor Pressure) Logistics team, coordinating customer movements on Pembina's pipeline systems.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Complying with and actively participating in all industry-related COLC calendar deadlines, relating to tasks such as: Producer Activity Reports, Form As, Form Cs, pipeline splits, shipper drafts, shipper balances, and invoicing;
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal operating and business groups, Shipper, Producers, and downstream connected delivery points;
- Support the planning and alignment of outages with upstream/downstream customers and the engineering, operations, and outage teams;

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years' industry related experience;
- Strong knowledge of Crude Oil logistics combined with in-depth knowledge of pipeline operations;
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills;
- Collaborative team player with effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions; and
- Organized, detailed, analytical and able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information.
Pembina's Flexible Work Standard provides the option for eligible employees to work remotely on Fridays
