Overview:

Pembina Pipeline is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Conventional and Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit in our Calgary corporate office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit's LVP (Low Vapor Pressure) Logistics team, coordinating customer movements on Pembina's pipeline systems. 

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
  • Complying with and actively participating in all industry-related COLC calendar deadlines, relating to tasks such as: Producer Activity Reports, Form As, Form Cs, pipeline splits, shipper drafts, shipper balances, and invoicing;
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal operating and business groups, Shipper, Producers, and downstream connected delivery points;
  • Support the planning and alignment of outages with upstream/downstream customers and the engineering, operations, and outage teams;
  • Support Pembina's safety culture of "Zero by Choice" and the "Life Saving Rules". To read more about our Life Saving Rules, visit ; and

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years' industry related experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Crude Oil logistics combined with in-depth knowledge of pipeline operations;
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills;
  • Collaborative team player with effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions; and
  • Organized, detailed, analytical and able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information.

Pembina's Flexible Work Standard provides the option for eligible employees to work remotely on Fridays
