Role Description

What You'll Do

  • Represent buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process
  • Leverage Inspire Team's in-house marketing, staging, and transaction systems
  • Participate in team mastermind sessions, training programs, and weekly accountability coaching
  • Use modern tech tools like BrokerBay, SkySlope, and MaxTech CRM
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships with a "guide, don't sell" approach
