Job Description:

We are a small, family-run real estate team serving Ottawa and the surrounding communities, and we are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for helping people navigate major life decisions and is committed to providing a friendly, professional, and supportive experience throughout the buying process.

In this role, you will guide clients through all stages of real estate transactions, including property showings, market analysis, offer negotiation, and closing support. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, tracking the market for clients, maintaining accurate transaction records, impliment our existing team systems and building long-term client relationships. You will also represent our team at open houses, networking events, and community activities to expand your professional presence.

This is a collaborative and team-oriented environment where you will have the opportunity to grow your career with ongoing support and mentorship from a team lead with 13 years expierence as a Royal Lepage Realtor, and past experience in custom home building and century home renovations. If you are friendly, reliable, organized, motivated and eager to develop your career, your contributions will be genuinely valued here.

Education Requirements:

  • Valid Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) License
  • Valid G Class Driver's License
  • Reliable personal vehicle

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Some knowledge of or experience in real estate sales or related fields (such as other sales jobs, strong customer service roles, etc) is an asset
  • The ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple appointments, timelines, and client needs
  • Knowledge of the Ottawa real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as email, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and a desire to grow a successful real estate practice
