As a Leasing Agent, you are both a strategic sales professional and a trusted guide during one of the most important decisions a person can make: where they will live and build their life. You understand that finding a new home is deeply personal, and you bring care, empathy, and expertise to help future residents feel confident, supported, and excited about their choice. You are the welcoming voice, the first impression, and the connection between our communities and the people who will thrive in them. You help qualified applicants understand why our apartments stand apart and courageously decline those who do not meet our standards. This full time, permanent position blends competitive sales, relationship building, and meaningful community engagement. You will excel if you are motivated by targets, energized by people, and skilled at guiding prospects through a fast moving personal sales journey. Your success comes from your ability to combine sales expertise with sincere care, helping future residents not just choose an apartment, but feel certain they have found the right home.

In addition to the expectations of a high performing leasing agent, your role will include the following.

Lead Management and Prospect Engagement

Work closely with Leasing Coordinators to manage all inquiries across phone, email, web, and walk ins.

Respond to every lead quickly, professionally, and with genuine enthusiasm.

Build real rapport with prospects, understand what matters most to them, and position the best options across our rental portfolio.

Deliver high impact tours in person and virtual, presenting each home with confidence, warmth, and expert product knowledge.

Create a personalized, supportive, and value driven leasing experience that reflects CLV Group's brand and honours the importance of finding the right place to call home.

Leasing Process Coordination

Guide future residents through every step of the leasing journey from first connection to move in, ensuring clarity and confidence along the way.

Maintain organized and accurate records within our CRM and property management systems.

Follow up proactively to strengthen relationships, increase conversion, and keep momentum high.

Marketing and Community Engagement

Collaborate with leasing and marketing partners to support occupancy goals and strengthen brand visibility.

Ensure listings and promotional materials are current, appealing, and aligned with our tone and values.

Represent our service promise in all resident and community interactions.

Market Knowledge and Competitive Positioning

Remain informed on rental market trends, pricing, availability, and neighbourhood dynamics.

Understand what future residents are prioritizing and the alternatives they are weighing.

Stay familiar with competitors and confidently articulate how our communities, service, and care compare.

Provide transparent guidance to help prospects make informed choices and highlight what makes CLV Group a place where people feel at home.

Administrative and Operational Support

Prepare and track performance reports to support data driven decisions.

Follow all leasing procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Partner with cross functional teams to support operations and build a positive, collaborative work environment.

Role requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle to travel between buildings for tours
  • Availability to work a 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends so showings can be scheduled at times that work for future residents
  • Bilingualism to better support our diverse resident community
