Introducing CLV Group – New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program
Are you a recent graduate eager to launch your career in real estate? At CLV, we believe that top performers start with a strong and impactful onboarding that includes learning our business at its core. CLV Group's New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program gives you the opportunity to gain real experience, build valuable industry knowledge, and develop relationships that will support your growth throughout your career.

Our New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program provides the opportunity to join a respected and growing real estate company, work with some legends, and build the foundation for a rewarding career at CLV. You will start in the field gaining a deep, hands-on education in how great real estate organizations operate, make decisions, and grow. The best part, this is just the beginning of your incredible career journey with our team.
Your First Chapter: Real Estate in Action
You will start as a Real Estate Leasing Agent, where you will develop a rich understanding of the resident journey, market behaviour, and the business side of real estate, skills that will form the foundation of your future career in this industry.
Real Estate Leasing 101
- As a leasing agent supporting residents as they search for their next home, manage and respond to leasing inquiries (phone, email, web, and walk-ins) quickly and professionally.
- Build authentic rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and recommend the right home from CLV's diverse portfolio.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual tours with warmth, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge.
- Deliver a seamless, personalized leasing experience that reflects CLV's brand and service promise.
Leasing Process End to End
- Guide future residents confidently through every stage of the leasing journey — from first contact to move-in.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM and property management systems.
- Follow up proactively to drive conversion and retention, supporting a consistent and high-quality resident experience.
- Collaborate with Leasing Coordinators and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions, move-ins, and renewals.
Understand the Market Firsthand
This is where your analytical and business skills come to life. You'll spend time studying our communities, competitors, and residents, learning what attracts people to our properties and what differentiates CLV in the market.
Through this boots-on-the-ground experience, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market in Canada, build your smarts in rental market dynamics, pricing strategies, and resident decision-making.
- Become an advisor to our teams. Share real-time insights that inform marketing, finance, and acquisition strategies.
- Build market intelligence and analytical skills that go far beyond what any textbook can offer.
- See firsthand how strategic decisions are made and how local knowledge can drive company-wide results.
For graduates in Finance, Marketing, Business or Accounting, this is your opportunity to understand the financial and operational heartbeat of real estate from how we price, market, and position our properties, to how we plan future investments and acquisitions.
Marketing, Community & Competitive Insights
- Partner with the Leasing and Marketing teams to strengthen CLV's brand presence and drive occupancy.
- Keep listings and promotional materials current, engaging, and aligned with our brand tone.
- Stay up to date on local market trends, competitor activity, and neighbourhood dynamics and share your insights to help shape future decisions.
- Represent CLV's values in every community interaction, promoting integrity, service, and care.
Data, Legal and Admin Skill Development
- Improve your data analytic skills; generate reports and track leasing performance to provide support for data-driven decisions.
- Learn the legal side of real estate. Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations, and why this matters.
- Collaborate across departments to support day-to-day operations and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

- A driver's licence and access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.
