Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Service Cashier and Appointment Coordinator, where you will be the friendly face that ensures smooth transactions and efficient scheduling for our valued customers. This role combines the vital responsibilities of managing point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling transactions with accuracy, and coordinating appointments to deliver exceptional service experiences. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems to process sales accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage customer appointments by scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed to optimize service flow.
- Work within our DMS System PBS to invoice and book appointments
- Communicate with customers during their service appointment
Requirements
- Previous dealership and PBS experience is an asset.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent communication abilities to engage customers professionally.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters trust and loyalty.
