Barrie’s leading family run Automotive Repair Centre is seeking a **full-time Customer Service Co-Ordinator** to join the Zenetec team at our NEW LOCATION in Aurora

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers with a smile and be genuinely excited to help customers
- Have a number one goal of providing top customer service to ensure the customer leaves with a smile
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Be empathetic, patient and able to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage a large amount of incoming telephone calls as well as direct interaction with customers and co-workers
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

**Skills**
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or proven customer support experience
- Customer focused and experienced in the retail, sales, service or hospitality industry
- Must be dependable, reliable, and possess a strong attention to detail
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Organized, detail-oriented and a confident trouble-shooter with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy is a must

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalency
- Valid G drivers’ license with a clean driving record
