Office Administrator/Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator/Sales Coordinator for a busy office. You will be expected to work independently, meet deadlines, as well as communicate and integrate with our internal teams and process.
Accuracy, accountability, team play and the ability to learn quickly are critical.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a fast paced business environment of a family owned business. Strong communication and multi tasking skills are essential. You must be extremely well organized and able to complete multiple concurrent tasks accurately and on time.
Some of the daily tasks that will immediately be your responsibility.
-support to Sales Reps (contracts/proposals/communication)
-coordination of Sales installations (communication with clients and internal teams)
-friendly and supportive communication with clients
-communication with Vendors/suppliers
-extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Word/Excel/M365/Teams)
-accurate and efficient use of ERP systems
-time management
-paperwork accuracy
-AR/Collections (friendly)
-Deposits/credit card processing
-Data entry
-organized and accurate
-Work independently
-adaptable, (all aspects of small office requirements)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
