The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact with our patients and answer any inquiries via phone, email and in-person. The individual will also be responsible for invoicing patients for medical services and products. We are looking for a genuinely caring and upbeat individual that has exceptional oral and written communication skills, is very comfortable working with computers, and possesses a willingness to learn new things.

The position is for every other Saturday with some weekday hours, and the availability to cover shifts if another team member is sick or on vacation. We will provide training.

We are looking for an individual to work with us in the long term, so no student applicants please.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phone calls, emails

-Book patients

-Autoclave instruments

-General cleaning (vacuum/mop/dust/clean counters/toilet/sink)

-Scan and upload documents into software (we are paperless)

-Call patients to remind them of their appointment

-Help patients with choosing shoes, fitting shoes

-Invoice patients

-Text message practitioners of their next day's schedule

-Other misc. duties
