 Who You Are  We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our growing team. You thrive on translating complex business needs into impactful solutions, leveraging AI-powered insights and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency.

You bring a passion for Insurtech, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to delivering high-value solutions that align with business goals.  As a key bridge between business and technical teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance technology. 
What You'll Do
  • Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and client feedback to identify AI-driven opportunities for software enhancements. 
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, evaluate data patterns, and drive predictive analytics to improve business processes. 
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements. 
  • Work alongside Agile development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives. 
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend intelligent automation solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. 
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet defined business and functional requirements. 
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across the development lifecycle. 

 What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software insurance industry, with expertise in broker management systems and Insurtech. 
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for process improvement. 
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights. 
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. 
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry, keeping up with emerging technologies and best practices.
