What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and client feedback to identify AI-driven opportunities for software enhancements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, evaluate data patterns, and drive predictive analytics to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
- Work alongside Agile development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend intelligent automation solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet defined business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across the development lifecycle.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software insurance industry, with expertise in broker management systems and Insurtech.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry, keeping up with emerging technologies and best practices.
