To learn more about Modes Inc, please visit our website    What we are looking for:  We are looking for a financial services industry-experienced business analyst to join our delivery team. This role supports our Salesforce solutions implementations from proposal to delivery. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client's requirements and applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform to design an optimal solution that supports both business and technical capabilities. In addition, the candidate must know the Salesforce ecosystem and deeply understand functional, technical and integration capabilities.
This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adopt the best solution. Specifically, this role guides teams that will successfully deliver the Salesforce project.
What you'll be doing:
  • Working with various business and technical stakeholders to understand, capture, and document processes, noting inefficiencies and proposing improvements 
  • Participate in vendor demos, matching software capabilities to business needs, and performing fit-gap analysis 
  • Assist in developing, configuring, implementing, and deploying solutions based on a thorough analysis and understanding of the business need 
  • Assist the project team in discovery, initiation, design, build, test, deployment, retrospectives, and training 
  • Presents and leads sessions and requirement workshops based on Waterfall or Agile delivery methodologies
  • Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to meet requirements enhanced with industry & technology best practices
  • Understands the importance and can design Salesforce integration solutions within the traditional financial services technology stack/ecosystem (example: integrations to middleware, core banking platforms, ERP, onboarding and origination, online/mobile banking solutions, e)
  • Establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders by providing thought leadership, vision, and future product roadmap recommendations 
  • Supporting change management activities and frameworks during the project lifecycle
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting Services delivering Salesforce projects
  • 1+ year of experience in Salesforce solution implementation for the Financial Services industry
  • Salesforce Platform Certifications such as Administrator, Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud; Service Cloud
  • Advance knowledge and experience in complex CRM projects
  • In-depth technical backend knowledge of the Salesforce platform to develop client or business solutions
  • Analytical mind, people-centric and exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven ability to create business analysis, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Possess an Agile Mindset, focus on client centricity, early delivery of value, eliminating waste and continuous (relentless) improvement
  • Natural ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by leading with empathy, courage and building trusting relationships
  • Thrives in understanding the overall solution design, eliciting requirements, supporting building solutions and facilitating early value delivery
  • As a key strategic partner, master in the ability to identify business opportunities and identify process and system optimizations
