**The Opportunity - Business Analyst, Web**:
As a Business Analyst for the web team, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and assess business requirements, processes, and systems related to the public website. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver web projects as per plan, and help identify areas of opportunity to streamline process and workflows. You will lead gathering and documenting requirements, conducting UAT reviews and collaborating with PMO to maintain delivery of website-related projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative Services, Web, Marketing and Data to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

NOTE: This role can be worked **remotely** from the above location.

**What You'll Do as a Business Analyst, Web**
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for the website while maintaining ongoing requirements and involving various team members from both business and technical teams to ensure effective communication
- Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that website features and functionalities are aligning with business requirements. Identifying and reporting any defects or issues and working closely with developers to resolve them
- Analyzing existing business processes and workflows associated with the website, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Proposing process enhancements and optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performing data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilizing web analytics tools and data visualization techniques to present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for the way forward.
- Supporting website-related projects throughout their lifecycle, assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Coordinating with development teams to ensure the incorporation of requirements and alignment with project objectives.
- Communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Facilitating discussions and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment between business objectives and website initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design, user experience, and digital marketing. Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance website performance, usability, and conversion rates.

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in website development or digital projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques, business process modelling, and data analysis tools.
- Experience in agile methodologies, familiarity with Jira, Confluence
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Data Studio (Looker).
- Knowledge of web technologies, content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

**You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In**
- Project management experience with large cross-functional teams
- Thorough knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals metrics
- Thorough knowledge of Git/Github, Fastly, Gatsby, and experience with SFMC, Pendo, Pardot and Interaction Studio
