Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This is a full-time position suited for someone with basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Enter purchase and sales invoices
  • Record daily income and expenses
  • Assist with maintaining basic accounting records and books

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

  • Monitor outstanding invoices
  • Follow up on customer payments
  • Schedule and process supplier payments

Invoicing

  • Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
  • Maintain invoice numbering and supporting documentation

Inventory Control

  • Record inventory inflows and outflows
  • Assist with physical inventory counts

Administrative Support

  • Manage correspondence and filing
  • Organize accounting and legal documents
  • Answer phone calls and coordinate schedules

Tools & Systems

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, basic reports)
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative roles
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
