Smilecrafters, a modern and growing dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Administrator/Treatment Coordinator with a strong knowledge in implants & dentures. This is a dual role of administrative support and treatment coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years dental admin/treatment coordination experience
  • Positive, professional, and patient focused attitude
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Experience with lead follow up and scheduling
  • Ability to support onsite Treatment Coordinators
  • Present treatment plans, review financials, and assist with case acceptance.
  • Handle daily admin tasks including scheduling and patient correspondence
