- Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les visiteur et les appelants, en fournissant un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à la fois en français et en anglais
- Gérer les appels entrants, les demandes de renseignements et les rediriger en manière appropriée.
- Démontrer un comportement professionnel exemplaire tout en fournissant un service exceptionnel à nos clients.
- Aider avec les tâches administratives telles que la saisie de données, le classement et la préparation de documents.
- Lien entre le client et l'entrepôt
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir des opérations de bureau efficaces
- Gérer les tâches administratives ponctuelles et les projets assignés par la direction
A propos de vous …
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
- Vous avez de l'expérience en tant que réceptionniste ou dans le service à la clientèle.
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles, en gestion du temps et en organisation.
- Vous avez une attitude professionnelle et orienté vers le client
- Vous appréciez faire partie d'une équipe qui travaille bien ensemble

About the job…
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome in both French and English.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately
- Demonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to our customers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate customer information and update as needed in SAP
- Liaison between the customer and the warehouse
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management
About you…
- You are fluent in both French and English (a must)
- You have previous receptionist or customer service experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- You possess great interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills
- You like to keep busy and love to multi-task
- You have a professional demeanor and a customer-oriented attitude
- You enjoy being part of a team that works well together
