Controlium Solution est une entreprise spécialisée dans les systèmes HVAC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et réfrigération) œuvrant principalement dans les secteurs commercial et résidentiel lourd.
Nous recherchons une réceptionniste bilingue (français/anglais) pour soutenir notre département de service et participer à l’entrée de données comptables.

Controlium Solution is a company specialized in HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration), operating mainly in commercial and multi-residential sectors.
We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) receptionist to support our service department and assist with accounting data entry.

**Responsabilités / Responsibilities**
- Répondre aux appels entrants et diriger les demandes de service dans notre système interne.
- Answer incoming calls and create service requests in our internal system.
- Faire l’entrée des factures fournisseurs dans notre système comptable.
- Enter supplier invoices into our accounting system.
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées aux opérations quotidiennes.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de service, maintenance et comptabilité.
- Collaborate with the service, maintenance, and accounting teams.

**Compétences requises / Required Skills**
- **Bilinguisme obligatoire : français et anglais (parlé et écrit).**:

- Excellente communication et entregent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Expérience en réception ou en service à la clientèle (atout).
- Experience in reception or customer service (an asset).
- Aisance à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels internes.
- Comfortable learning internal software systems.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
