Company Introduction: We are a K-Beauty distributor driving multi-channel sales growth through strong interpersonal and communication skills. Currently, we are seeking a flexible and creative Business Operation Associate who can effectively manage a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Operation & Management:

  • Manage overall sales channel operations including product launches, pricing policies, orders, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory control and sales forecasting.
  • Develop strategies based on sales data analysis.

Other Office & Project Support:

  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation and report writing.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
  • Marketing knowledge and experience with social media.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Create product content including descriptions and images.
  • Execute and support social media and online marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market trend research and competitor analysis to propose effective marketing strategies.
  • Marketing knowledge and experience with social media.

Work Location: In person

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English (required for business communication)
