Business Operations Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Channel Operations**
- Manage day-to-day sales channel operations, including product offerings, pricing, and order processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and accurate sales forecasting.
- Analyze sales channel performance and implement strategies to optimize outcomes.
**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing partner needs and ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide tailored, consistent support to partners, helping them achieve shared goals.
**Market Insights & Sourcing**
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead product sourcing initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
**Regulatory Compliance**
- Stay informed on business laws and regulations, including Health Canada compliance, and implement strategies to maintain compliance.
- Effectively communicate regulatory requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Create reports, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Offfice tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Utilize data effectively to support strategic decisions and communicate insights.
**Strategic Growth**
- Identify and pursue opportunities for financial growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Sales Channel Operations Expertise: Experience managing sales channels, including order processing, inventory coordination, and partner engagement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Native or near-native English proficiency, with the ability to navigate fast-paced discussions and articulate ideas clearly in a professional manner. Proficiency in Korean and/or familiarity with Korean culture is required.
- Market Research & Sourcing: Ability to analyze trends, source products effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with business laws and compliance (e.g., Health Canada) is beneficial; willingness to learn is required.
- Education & Experience: Background in Business, Business Law, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
