**Position Details**:
**Job Duties**:

- ERS claims administration
- Creation and maintenance of department SOP’s specific to payables both to Members and ERS contract network.
- ERS Payroll processing & call audits including support of the Mileage BOT.
- ERS Reciprocal processing & audits.
- ERS Call adjustment review and approval.
- Preparation and delivery of reporting to Senior Leadership Team surrounding ERS payables including recommendations for cost reduction/management.
- Support Manitoba Fleet Manager with the implementation and monitoring of operational controls.
- Serving as SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operations Efficiency, Reporting & Insights.
- Preparing test cases for Operations Efficiency, Reporting & Insights and assisting Manager SAP Business Systems with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Completing root cause analysis related to system issues with customer impact or potential for control failure.
- Preparing Business System Requirements documents as directed.
- Liaising with IT & SAP Business System Owner as required.
- CCG Data Stewardship activities including
- Membership Production Vendor audit (Gilmore), including escalating issues to IT.
- Work with Reporting & Analytics on automation of business transaction audit
- Completing business transaction audit review and analysis for provision to Leadership
- Complete all payment investigations and corrective actions.
- Complete NSF investigations and corrective actions.
- Complete credit card chargebacks investigations and submit appeals to Moneris where appropriate.
- Review untraceable payments for allocation or return to financial institution.
- Responsible for conducting payables review ($1.8M+ annually) including creating credit/debit adjustments, submission of stop payments and requests for reissue.
- Working with Finance & Accounting on Membership payment related items.
- Support business units with operational/financial control audits as required.
- Provide control recommendations to Leadership team
- Recommend system/process changes to support operational control
- Assist the Special Investigations Unit with internal investigations

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Preference for post-secondary education in finance/accounting, math, statistics or a related field
- Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification.
- Completion of or willingness to complete Lean Six Sigma (Green or above).
- Completion of or willingness to complete Information Mapping Professional Certification.
