Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the best baby gear, furniture, and essentials for their needs, while delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of our full product line, including baby gear, furniture, and essential items.
  • Answer customer questions, provide product demonstrations, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Help customers find the perfect items for their baby's needs and provide guidance on how to use them.
  • Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product placement.
  • Work as part of a team to meet store goals and provide a great customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest baby products and trends to ensure expert-level advice.
  • Drive Sales through exceptional customer service, product demonstrations and selling the complete package offering relevant add on items.
  • Communicate Customer Feedback and Product inquiries to Management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (baby or children's products a plus).
  • Passion for babies and an interest in baby gear, furniture, and essentials.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
