**Position Details**:
What you will do:
CCG Data Stewardship activities which includes:
Correction of duplicate customer records
Duplicate customer root cause analysis
Providing feedback to the LOB for account corrections
Initiating system and process changes to help decrease duplicate customer generation

Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Assisting Operations Analysts with business transaction audit including
Membership billing audits
Membership inventory management
Billing related requests

Who You Are:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with MS Office.
