EZShop
is a Montreal-based eCommerce digital marketing agency that helps
brick-and-mortar retailers transition online
. We specialize in Shopify, Lightspeed, Ecwid, and full eCommerce marketing services for fashion boutiques, footwear stores, specialty retailers, and multi-location brands.

We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to generate qualified opportunities and support our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect retail businesses that need help growing online.
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand common retail pain points: poor online sales, outdated websites, lack of inventory sync, weak SEO, ineffective ads, etc.
  • Book qualified meetings for the CEO and CRO.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outbound sequences.
  • Track weekly KPIs: outreach activity, qualification rate, meetings booked, and pipeline value generated.

Requirements

  • Past SDR/BDR experience.
  • Bilingual (
    French and English
    ), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and structured workflows.
  • Understanding of retail or eCommerce is an advantage (Shopify, Lightspeed, SEO, ads).
  • Organized, persistent, and reliable with CRM discipline.
  • Interested in evolving into an account executive role.
