About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Glowtify, you'll be the spark that fuels our growth.
Your mission is to find and engage Shopify and eCommerce brands that can thrive with Glowtify.
You'll combine automation, personalization, and creativity to start high-quality conversations with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders. Expect to use one of the most effective prospecting stacks out there: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Heyreach, LinkedIn, and more to run scalable yet human outreach.
If you love experimenting with messaging, tools, and new ways to stand out in crowded inboxes, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting
Research and identify leads that fit Glowtify's ICP (Shopify merchants, B2C & B2B Brands, etc).
Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, IG DMs) with personalized sequences.
Use Clay for signal-based personalization (ads activity, web traffic, hiring, etc.).
Experiment with new messaging angles and sequence variations weekly.
Inbound and Warm Leads
Follow up with inbound leads from the site, chat, and demos.
Engage with brands interacting with Glowtify on social.
Reconnect with past prospects and turn cold into warm.
Pipeline and CRM
Keep HubSpot organized by logging every touchpoint, syncing LinkedIn conversations (Hublead), and setting reminders.
Track what's working: reply rates, booked demos, video views, and more.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the founders and sales team on campaigns and messaging.
Share insights from the field to help shape how Glowtify sells and scales.

Who You Are
6-24 months of experience in Sales, SDR, or BDR roles (SaaS or eCommerce is a plus).
Strong written communicator whose emails don't sound templated nor ChatGPT'd.
Curious about AI, automation, and modern outbound,
yet still believes in the effectiveness of classic outreach tactics, like picking up the phone and making cold calls.Organized, proactive, and data-driven.
Passionate about learning new tools and improving workflows.
Must be bilingual (EN/FR).

Vos responsabilitésProspection sortante
- Rechercher et identifier des leads correspondant à l'ICP de Glowtify (marchands Shopify, marques B2C et B2B, etc.).
- Exécuter des campagnes multi-canaux (email, LinkedIn, appels à froid, DM Instagram) avec des séquences personnalisées.
- Utiliser Clay pour personnaliser selon les signaux (activité publicitaire, trafic web, recrutement, etc.).
- Expérimenter chaque semaine avec de nouveaux angles de message et variations de séquences.
Leads entrants et tièdes
- Faire le suivi des leads provenant du site, du chat et des démos.
- Engager les marques qui interagissent avec Glowtify sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Recontacter d'anciens prospects et raviver des conversations.
Pipeline et CRM
- Garder HubSpot organisé : consigner chaque interaction, synchroniser les conversations LinkedIn (via Hublead) et planifier les rappels.
- Suivre les métriques clés : taux de réponse, démos réservées, vues de vidéos, etc.
Collaboration et reporting
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs et l'équipe des ventes sur les campagnes et le messaging.
- Partager les apprentissages du terrain pour contribuer à l'évolution de la stratégie de vente et de croissance de Glowtify.

Profil recherché
- 6 à 24 mois d'expérience en ventes, SDR ou BDR (SaaS ou eCommerce, un atout).
- Excellente communication écrite — vos courriels ne doivent pas sonner comme des modèles ou du texte généré par ChatGPT.
- Curieux des sujets d'IA, d'automatisation et de prospection moderne, tout en reconnaissant l'efficacité des tactiques classiques comme les appels à froid.
- Organisé, proactif et axé sur les données.
- Passionné par l'apprentissage de nouveaux outils et l'amélioration continue des processus.
- Bilingue (anglais et français).
