Genetec recherche un représentant en développement des ventes (SDR) expérimenté pour aider nos équipes commerciales et marketing à accélérer la croissance du pipeline et des réservations. Nous recherchons un SDR qui possède une solide compréhension de la gestion des prospects et qui est motivé et déterminé à augmenter les ventes.
Le candidat idéal au poste de représentant en développement des ventes est une personne talentueuse et énergique, motivée et déterminée. Pour réussir, il doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration.
Le SDR est chargé d'identifier et de générer de nouvelles opportunités qualifiées pour notre équipe commerciale. Ce poste consiste principalement à créer un nouveau pipeline commercial en qualifiant les acheteurs potentiels et en identifiant les décideurs clés.
Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :
- Maîtrisez parfaitement les outils de génération de prospects, tels que LinkedIn Sales Navigator, afin d'extraire des contacts et de créer des listes de prospects précises et ciblées
- Suivez les plans de prospection et les meilleures pratiques pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'engagement utilisant les e-mails, le téléphone et les réseaux sociaux.
- Acquérez les connaissances et la compréhension nécessaires pour gérer les conversations avec les cadres, les décideurs et les autres parties prenantes des comptes cibles dans le but d'organiser une réunion commerciale
- Aidez les chargés de compte en faisant progresser les prospects qualifiés tout au long du cycle de vente
- Gérez les prospects entrants à l'aide d'une stratégie de hiérarchisation

Un atout si vous avez :
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou dans un domaine lié
- Expérience préalable en développement des ventes (SDR) ou autre expérience orientée vers le client (assistance, service à la clientèle)
- Maîtrise de l'espagnol (écrit et parlé)
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Genetec is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work on enabling our sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth. We are looking for an SDR who has a solid understanding of leads management and is motivated and driven to increase sales.
The qualified Sales Development Representative candidate is a talented and energetic individual who is motivated and driven. Success requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
The SDR is responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role focuses on creating new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers.
Your day at a glance:
- Become highly proficient using Lead Generation tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects.
- Follow prospecting plans and best practices to execute engagement strategies utilizing email, phone, and social touches
- Acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding to manage conversations with executives, decision makers, and other stakeholders in target accounts with the goal of scheduling a sales meeting
- Assist Account Executives by moving along qualified leads through the sales cycle
- Manage inbound leads with a prioritization strategy

An asset if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
- Prior Sales Development (SDR) experience or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service)
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
