About the Role

As a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
at Boast, you will be a critical part of our revenue growth engine. You will research and identify companies that fit our ideal customer profile, find key decision-makers, and engage them through multi-channel outreach to secure qualified sales meetings. Working closely with our sales executives, you'll help move leads through the funnel and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective customers into initial sales meetings with the goal of generating SQLs
  • Use outbound sales enablement tools and CRM (Salesforce) to maintain a disciplined, efficient prospecting process
  • Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased, nurturing relationships
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company goals and ensure smooth lead handoffs
  • Take detailed notes and maintain accurate prospect data for seamless transitions
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the R&D tax credit landscape and Boast's value proposition
  • Provide feedback to improve SQL pipeline volume and velocity

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or related industries
  • French Bilingual a must
  • Demonstrated coachability, eagerness to learn, and hunger to succeed
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and cold call/email leads successfully
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely

  • Experience working with technology, product, and business teams to align sales prospecting
  • Sound business judgment and ability to influence others

À propos du poste

En tant que représentant au développement des ventes (Sales Development Representative - SDR) chez Boast, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de notre chiffre d'affaires. Vous effectuerez des recherches pour identifier des entreprises correspondant à notre profil client idéal, repérerez les décideurs clés, et les contacterez via différents canaux afin d'obtenir des rendez-vous de vente qualifiés. En collaboration étroite avec nos représentants commerciaux, vous ferez progresser les prospects dans l'entonnoir de vente et contribuerez directement à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Atteindre les objectifs mensuels de prospects qualifiés pour la vente (SQL)
  • Identifier, qualifier et convertir des clients potentiels en rendez-vous de vente initiaux, dans le but de générer des SQL
  • Utiliser des outils d'aide à la prospection et le CRM (Salesforce) pour maintenir un processus de prospection rigoureux et efficace
  • Relancer les prospects intéressés qui n'ont pas encore acheté, en entretenant la relation
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les représentants commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise et assurer une transition fluide des leads
  • Prendre des notes détaillées et maintenir des données précises sur les prospects pour garantir des suivis sans accroc
  • Développer et entretenir une connaissance approfondie du crédit d'impôt R&D et de la proposition de valeur de Boast
  • Fournir des retours pour améliorer le volume et la fluidité du pipeline SQL

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente, avec 1 an ou plus d'expérience en vente, de préférence dans le SaaS, l'IoT ou des secteurs connexes
  • Bilinguisme en français obligatoire
  • Capacité démontrée à être coaché·e, envie d'apprendre et ambition de réussir
  • Capacité avérée à prospecter, qualifier et effectuer des appels/emails à froid avec succès
  • Historique de dépassement des objectifs de vente avec une approche consultative et axée sur les solutions
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, gestion du temps et présentation
  • Expérience avec Salesforce, ZoomInfo ou des outils de vente similaires
  • Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement rapide et parfois ambigu
  • Capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Volonté et capacité de travailler à distance
