. We're looking for a
Junior Sales Representative
to join our growing and dynamic team in
downtown Montreal
.

In this role, you'll be responsible for
calling leads, qualifying opportunities, and moving prospects through the sales funnel
. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help identify client needs, nurture relationships, and support the closing of new business opportunities.

This is a
hybrid position
(a few days a week in the office).

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess client needs to determine fit with Webisoft's services.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales representatives and project leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Support ongoing relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings and share feedback on lead quality and outreach strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Curious about technology, startups, and digital innovation (Web3 or AI interest is a plus).
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM and sales tools (Odoo).
  • Eligible to work from

  • Bilingual in
    English

  • Prior experience in a sales, business development, or customer service role (internships included).
  • Familiarity with
    tech or SaaS sales environments

  • Understanding of

  • Experience with outreach or lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
