Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in North Vancouver, BC. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining organized case files. Responsibilities include client correspondence, managing court filings and deadlines, and supporting lawyers in court proceedings. This role requires strong organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Law and legal procedures
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
  • Solid Research skills to support casework and legal arguments
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Post-secondary education in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • Multilingual abilities and previous experience in specialized areas of law (e.g., immigration or family law) are considered strong assets
