Job Overview

This dual-role position supports the daily operations of both the kitchen and front desk areas. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry is required, as you may assist with meal preparation and food service. This role supports efficient kitchen workflows while helping provide an organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with assistance with menu options and service.
  • Handle guest and delivery orders inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure correct billing.
  • Assist with meal preparation and food service as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and packaging of orders.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and dining spaces.
  • Responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, and performing closing duties, including sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies and inventory, and ensuring all equipment is properly shut down.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role and cooking is preferred.
  • Background in the food industry, including cooking, meal preparation, or food handling is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
  • Hospitality skills while contributing to an enjoyable experience for our customers

Language: Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
