Duties Include:

- Performing the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and courteous service
- Answering phone calls and creating reservations in a courteous manners
- Checking in / checking out guests
- Collecting payment for room charges and other fees and posting them accurately to guests accounts
- Handling cash and performing cashiering duties
- Resolving customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work space at all times
- Performing light cleaning duties of the lobby/reception area daily
- be a team player and willing to help out when needed
- be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- be able to work long hours due to hotel business demands
- be able to stand for long periods of time

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
