**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing guest accounts and processing payments.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, particularly in the hotel industry.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest services is a must.
