**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

**Duties:**

  • Perform account reconciliations and analyses

  • Prepare financial documents for the government and bank

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

  • Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

  • Utilize QuickBooks Online

  • Tax Accounting

  • Files and office management

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Quick Books Online

  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and analysis

  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Ability to conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Familiarity with budgeting processes
