Duties

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
  • Support auditing activities by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Xero for efficient record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
  • Maintain organized bookkeeping practices for all financial transactions.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience with auditing processes within financial services.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting techniques.
  • Expertise in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Proficient in accounting software including Sage and Xero, as well as other accounting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
