Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate

Reporting to the Ecommerce Fulfillment Supervisor, you will...
- Perform daily order fulfillment ecommerce duties, including picking and packing orders, maneuvering merchandise and hanging garments and preparing parcels for mailing
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, or relocate orders to a holding area in Shipping Department
- Ensure orders are accurately assembled and efficiently placed in the correct packing station for outbound distribution
- Load and unload product including hanging garments and boxes of accessories
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Assist with warehouse organization, labeling, shelves, boxes, etc. as required
- Manage computerized inventory, and maintain accuracy of physical inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of overall ecommerce work area including sweeping and removing of boxes
- Assist with shipping and receiving, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing
- Ensure daily established standards of order fulfillment, maintenance and productivity are achieved
- Notify Supervisor of any customer or product concerns/complaints.
- Follow operational procedures, Company policies and heath and safety work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What you will bring to the team…
- 1-2 years' warehouse pick and pack experience using RFID and mobile scanners working in a team environment required
- Previous ecommerce, retail and customer service experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems needed
- Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English, follow written and oral instructions, count, and complete documentation legibly
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs/15 kg required on regular basis
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Efficient time management and organization skills needed with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated with good initiative and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as a team player
- Strong work ethic with stable work history of punctual regular work attendance and safe work habits
