  • Energetic and optimistic. Your positivity is contagious.

  • Never without something to do. You'll go crazy at a boring job.

  • A natural leader. You understand the difference between leadership and authority.

Sound like you? If so, read on, you've found your dream job.
Read the instructions on how to apply at the bottom.

We are:

  • 247 Fulfillment - a Third Party Logistics (3PL) company. We ship for some of the most innovative brands in Canada and the US.

  • A group of high performers, like you, where one well-paid A-player is worth five C-players.

  • Growing so fast there are people here who started at minimum wage and are in management roles 2 years later.

What we do:

Run a Fulfillment center for eCommerce companies: A big warehouse with thousands of products and millions of pieces of inventory. We pick, pack, and ship orders to our clients' customers all over the world. We'll ship a few hundred thousand shipments this year, and we started just 2 years ago.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented
Inventory Controller
to join our 3PL team and take full ownership of inventory accuracy across our facility. This role is critical in ensuring all inventory data is 100% accurate at all times to support smooth, reliable fulfillment operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular audits and system checks
  • Proactively create and manage a cycle count schedule based on SKU velocity, value, and client-specific needs
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to prevent and correct inventory errors at the source
  • Track and report on inventory KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with inventory-related client inquiries and reporting as needed
  • Support new client onboarding and product setup from an inventory accuracy perspective

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in inventory control, ideally in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment
  • Deep understanding of WMS systems (ShipHero Preferred) and inventory best practices
  • Highly proactive and detail-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Able to take ownership of the inventory function and continuously improve processes

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record in inventory management—preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead without hesitation.

  • An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly.

  • Mastery of inventory management software and the essential tools of the trade.
ShipHero Warehouse Management Software mastery is an ASSET and will put you ahead of everyone else applying.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills that make you the go-to person in any situation.

Why You'll Love It Here:

The Challenge:
Every day is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and take on new inventory & warehouse challenges.

The Team:
Join a group of like-minded professionals who are serious about their work but enjoy the journey.

The Growth:
We believe in promoting from within and investing in our people—your career path is yours to shape.

The Perks:
We pay well and we invest in our people, with a work environment that celebrates both successes and learning moments.

How to Apply:

It is hard to get a job here, and that is intentional. We want to work with the best.

Shoot us a message with a short explanation of WHY you're interested, and WHY you're a good candidate for the job.
