**About Us**

The Kool Karz Playground is a market leader in ride-on toy cars. Kool Karz offers premium officially licensed powered ride-on cars for children. And we are currently looking for Stock and Fulfillment Associate to join our team.

Our eCommerce and warehouse department is currently seeking Stock and Fulfillment Associates.

**About the Role**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Order fulfillment and freight arrangement for Canadian and US orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
- Processing orders for our main retail customer and generating shipment labels and manifests
- Handling Returns, Exchanges and Damages
- Assisting with update the shipping information to our ERP system
- Receiving shipments and managing inventory system
- Performing stock duties such as month end inventory count and organizing warehouse inventory
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Working with the purchasing and accounting department to identify and resolve inventory errors
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a secondary school diploma or equivalent
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining speed and efficiency
- Basic computer software Skills, MS office
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Experience with e-Commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is a plus
- Forklift Experience, license is an asset
- Superb project and time management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk and lift 20-50lbs for most of the day
- Ability to work well with mínimal supervision
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
