What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll own the success of our Ontario fulfillment center and help us scale to the next level.

  • Lead Operations:
    Oversee all aspects of the site—from inbound receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping.
  • Process & Quality Control:
    Maintain a clean, efficient, and accurate warehouse that meets 247 Fulfillment's high standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build, lead, and motivate a team of All-Stars. Delegate with confidence and develop others into leaders.
  • Hands-On Leadership:
    Expect to be on your feet. This is an active, fast-moving role (about 20% desk work).
  • Autonomy & Impact:
    Report to the Operations Manager with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them.
  • Lead the pickers, packers and supervisors
  • Shift scheduling & temp-staffing when necessary
  • Ensure inventory is accurate in all locations at all times
  • Maintain an impeccably clean, organized facility
  • Oversee material stock levels to ensure facility has sufficient packaging, void fill and accessories
  • Work with Ops manager + supervisors to rework layout as needed to maximize space and improve operations

What You Bring

  • Proven success in
    inventory and warehouse management
    (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership that earns respect and inspires performance.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (experience with
    ShipHero
    is a huge plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool.
  • Excellent communication skills with both your team and clients.
