We're Growing — Licensed Insurance Brokers Wanted

The Insurance Lab is expanding, and we're looking for motivated RIBO-licensed brokers who want to build their business with the support of a modern, growth-focused brokerage.

This is a remote, commission-only role with strong bonus opportunities and health benefits for eligible brokers. We partner with major insurance carriers and provide the latest technology so you can focus on what matters: your clients and your success.

What You'll Do


• Grow your book through referrals, networking & prospecting


• Provide expert advice and match clients with the right coverage


• Manage quotes, new business, renewals, and endorsements


• Deliver exceptional client care and compliance standards


• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and production goals

What You Bring


• Active RIBO license


• Sales drive and a client-first attitude


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment


• Knowledge of insurance systems (asset)
