**Insurance Broker - Mandarin Speaking**

**Location**: Whitby ON**

**Position Type**: Full-Time**

**Compensation**: Base Salary + Commission**

**We are a growing insurance brokerage seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Insurance Broker to join our team. This role will involve taking over an established book of business, with opportunities for growth. If you are a customer-focused individual with experience in personal and commercial lines, we want to hear from you**

**### Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow an existing book of business, providing exceptional service to Mandarin-speaking clients.**
**- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies.**
**- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.**
**- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.**
**- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.**
**- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.**

**### Qualifications**:

- **Must be fluent in Mandarin and English** (both spoken and written).**
**- Previous experience as an Insurance Broker or related role, with expertise in personal and/or commercial lines.**
**- RIBO licensed**
**- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.**
**- Proficient in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
