**Job Description**:
As an Insurance Broker at The Insurance Lab you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure the insurance coverage they need to protect their assets and achieve financial security. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice.
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage options and terms.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
- Handle client inquiries, claims, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service.

Qualifications:

- A valid Insurance Ribo license or wiling to obtain in two months.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

**Language Preferences**:
We highly value multilingual skills. Proficiency in any of the following languages is an asset:

- Spanish
- Arabic
- Farsi
- Ukrainian
- Kurdish
- Turkish

**Salary**: From $32,000.00 per year
