**Job description**:
Main function of this role is to assist, manage, and support all new business and existing client concerns on a basic level.
**Duties and responsibilities**
**Client Inquiries**:
- **Attentively listening, gauging, and gathering client inquiries to help assist in managing their policy requests or insurance needs.
- Providing or requesting the necessary forms, supporting documentation, or pertinent details to successfully implement policy changes, coverage amendments, and/or new policy placement.
- Answering any general based questions for current or potential insured's to maintain M.I.B.'s reputation of a consumer-centric, knowledge based, insurance provider.
**Administrating New Service Requests - Personal Lines**
- Reviewing, Underwriting, and Advising clients on changes being made to their policiesReporting to management of potential concerns regarding pertinent information provided in order to successfully make changes to a policy.
- Successfully gathering all required documentation and
- Ensuring specific volume requirements/commitments set by the company are met
- Maintaining specific retention ratios for the brokerage
- Assisting to review, and re-underwrite existing policies to retain existing clients
- Completing compliance report regarding broker compliance on a monthly basis
- Advising management of any immediate hazards, concerns or issues pertaining to policies, current workflows, associate broker's, etc.
**Relationship Maintenance**:
- Ensuring that we maintain a good relationship with all past, present or potential clients.
- Listening to concerns associated with current process and advising management of potential change and development
- Keep a healthy rapport with all staff, associate brokers, and carrier partner admin.
**Endorsements/Policy Changes**:
- Effectively contributing to the monitoring, processing, and completion of all endorsement requests, cancellations, and post-policy inquires (ie. LOE's, Billing Inquiries, etc).
- All change requests are handled and processed as per the company's policies & procedures guidelines and within a timely fashion.
**Qualifications**
- Education - Minimum College or University level Degree/Undergraduates Degree
- Specialized knowledge - Insurance Industry Experience
- Skills - Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Broker Management Systems
- Abilities - Multi-tasking, Strong Communication Skills, Diligent, Meticulous, Co-Operative, Team Oriented, Strong Work Ethic.
- Professional Certification - R.I.B.O (Level I), CAIB/CIP (or working towards its completion)
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
