What You'll Do

  • Prepare and process quotes, binders, renewals, endorsements, and policy change forms
  • Cross-sell Auto, Home, Business, Liability, and other General Insurance products
  • Communicate with clients professionally and provide top-tier service
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting and company standards
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and insurance partners

What We're Looking For

  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) – Required
  • Experience: Preferred but not mandatory – full support and coaching available for new brokers
  • Languages: English required; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or Farsi are an asset
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

What We Offer

  • Pay: $36,000 – $65,000 per year (depending on experience and performance)
  • Salary available only for experienced brokers; newly licensed brokers may qualify after probation
