Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Broker for a full‑time remote opportunity. The Sales Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in choosing insurance products and services, maintaining professional customer relationships, and working to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily tasks include advising clients on insurance coverage options, providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with guidelines from insurance providers, coordinating training on products and services, and staying updated on market trends and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Customer Service, including the ability to engage professionally with diverse clientele and resolve concerns effectively. Proficient knowledge of Brokerage and Sales processes with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in Training team members or clients to enhance knowledge of products and services. Understanding of Real Estate practices and their connection to the insurance industry is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Insurance certification or relevant license (RIBO) is preferred. An understanding of insurance products and regulations in Ontario is an advantage.
