BidAI is the future of auction operations—an AI-powered platform built specifically for the auction industry. We equip auction houses with intelligent tools that replace repetitive manual tasks and modernize the entire workflow—from cataloging and translation to marketing and data optimization.

We are expanding across North America and are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative to promote our platform to auction houses across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to key decision-makers at auction houses (phone, email, social media).
  • Conduct compelling virtual demonstrations of the BidAI platform and its unique benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the initial client onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Experience in the auction industry (auction house, consignor, marketplace, or auction tech) — MUST HAVE.
  • Strong sales, business development, or account management background.
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and closing skills

Compensation (Freelance)

  • Base monthly payment + Uncapped commission
  • Top performers can earn $3,000–$8,000+ per month
  • Contractors invoice the company for services

Growth Opportunity: This freelance role provides an opportunity to work closely with the BidAI team and demonstrate your impact. Should BidAI create full-time, salaried Account Executive positions in the future, exceptional contractors will be the first candidates evaluated for those openings.
