Position Summary

The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting Foamcore's growth by providing exceptional customer service and proactive sales support. This individual will serve as a bridge between customers, operations, and the external sales team—ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a seamless customer experience.

This is a newly created position that reflects Foamcore's commitment to scalability, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and service excellence.

· Provide timely and accurate quotes, order confirmations, and product information.

· Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and the external sales team to ensure customer needs are met.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Foamcore's products and services.

· Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy in customer records, order history, and pipeline tracking.

· Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.

· Support the execution of Foamcore's growth strategy through responsive, customer-centered communication.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role (manufacturing or B2B environment preferred).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.

· Team player with a collaborative, positive attitude.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
